VBR mode is now stable for all input files. WAVE parsing has been fixed again. Minor speedups have been added to psy models 1 and 2. A verbosity switch '-t' has been added. MPEG-2LSF now works with psy model 2, and has been fixed to pick a valid default bitrate.
