shape2ge is a set of two applications for
converting ESRI shapefiles into Google Earth KML
files. It consists of a batchable converter engine
that reads conversion options from an XML config
file generated by the front-end or other methods.
The CLI-based front-end allows you set scales and
offsets (from shapefile coords to earth coords),
and also to assign different display styles to
different feature types.
