Minor bugfixes
This release fixes the null filename hanging bug, the hang that
occurred when no extension was available, and the editor's bug
involving new playlist files. The code in editlist has been
cleaned. You can now have filenames with multiple .extensions.

Minor feature enhancements
The Playlist Editor has been extended and the code has been cleaned up. The -md, -ms, and -mf arguments have been removed. The Spaced Filename Bug in playlists was squashed. More powerful commenting abilities are now available for musicale.conf in the playfile parser.
