Há um script novo upgrade para simplificar o procedimento de atualização, que deverá funcionar se houver um arquivo tools.conf instalado anteriormente genoma. Esta versão corrige alguns erros de análise e processamento de erros que resultaram em possivelmente faltando alguma seqüência intergênica (embora nada pode ser feito em relação NCBI. Ficheiros ptt especificando situações ilógicas) e, possivelmente, não pré-processamento de alguns arquivos de dados do genoma. Deve também corrigir erros de análise do novo. Ptt formato de arquivo NCBI começou a usar 19 de dezembro de 2004.

It is highly recommended that all installations upgrade to this release. There is a new upgrade script to simplify the upgrade procedure, which should work if there is a previously installed genome-tools.conf file. This release fixes some parsing errors and processing errors which resulted in possibly missing some intergenic sequence (although nothing can be done about NCBI .ptt files specifying illogical situations), and possibly not preprocessing some genome data files. It should also fix parsing errors of the new .ptt file format NCBI started using December 19, 2004.
