Major feature enhancements
The backend was switched to DBI, but only has been

Logging has been added in a format similar to the Apache httpd log format. Support for the 'xpath' command and for forcing a 'Followup-To' header on postings in a specific group have been added. A bug in handling GMT and UTC format dates in the 'newgroups' command has been fixed.
