barvinok is a library for counting the number of
integer points in parametric and non-parametric
polytopes based on polylib. For a parametric
polytope, the number of points is represented by
either a piecewise quasi-polynomial or an Ehrhart
series.

Esta versão melhora ainda mais a calculadora ISCC e descarta o submódulo piplib. As aplicações barvinok_bound e barvinok_summate agora aceitar a entrada em notação ISL.
This release further improves the iscc calculator and drops the piplib submodule. The barvinok_bound and barvinok_summate applications now accept input in isl notation.
