The ability to define state classes in the engine specification
was added. COUNT_FRAME in the heap is no longer deleted
in the FullScreen sample. The framework now works without
hardware acceleration under Windows XP. In the
documentation, VARIABLE.TXT was included with more
information about environment variables.
