・OpenPNE 2.10.7、2.12.1に対応
・PHPファイルを（h_calendar.phpを除き）全部修正
・common/layout.tplをOpenPNE2.12.1のpcモジュールのものに変更
・サイドバナーで読み込み中の際は画像で知らせるように変更
・openpne/public_html/skin/default/img/loading.gif追加
・OpenPNE2.12以降の場合はconfig.phpにプロキシの設定があるため、
その設定を利用できるように weather/config.php を変更
