skf - simple kanji filter
skf is i18n'ed kanji converter. Supports CJK codesets, Unicode, as well as language specific codeset like KOI-8. Has various code-conversion features for mail/SGML/TeX/XML processing. Currently 1.97 and 1.99 are stable version.
